a 12 minute dinner

Fresh, healthy and delicious. This is a great last minute meal that is sure to please.


Ingredients
penne
cherry tomatoes
baby spinach or rocket (arugula)
bocconcini cheese or silken tofu for vegans
olive oil
chopped herbs: rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil

Directions
Cook the penne to al dente
Toss with oil, herbs, cheese and raw veggies

YUM! And everything is in the garden! Well. except the pasta. Oh, and also the tomatoes. Whoops, and the bocconcini (BUT DAMMIT, I WILL USE ALL THAT YUMMY FRESH ROCKETY SPINACHY BUSINESS).
