another simple summer pasta

Ah, the joys of pasta! It's just so simple to throw together some fresh herbs, grilled veggies and olive oil fashioning a gourmet meal in as long as it takes to boil some pasta.

To make this particular delicious creation:  place grilled peppers (from the new garden), and grilled eggplant, roughly chopped basil and sliced black olives on top of cooked pasta and dress with 1/4 cup olive oil, lemon juice and dried herbs de provence. For a decadent dairy-version top with goat's or feta cheese.
