A very interesting talk for those that want to dabble in vegetarianism for all the good reasons, but can't quite motivate themselves to take the plunge. For those who are looking for a middle way, this could be it.

I love this! Thanks so much for sharing. I'm a lapsing vegetarian - my last pregnancy really kickstarted an interest in eating some, very limited, meat. We eat completely vegetarian meals about 80% of the time. And the rest of the time our meat eating is very limited to those foods that have been sustainably and/or ethically raised or harvested, in the case of fish and seafood. I like the way this talk gives people permission to take a midway step.
